Refund Policy

Studio kits are digital. If we have not yet provisioned access, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.

Once workspace credentials, repositories, or written packs have been delivered, kits are not returnable. If we fail to provision access, we will refund the purchase or complete delivery at your option.

Custom amounts billed as remaining balances or change orders follow the written scope of that engagement. Email [email protected] with your order ID. Refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method.
