Refund Policy

Unused hardware in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping is not refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

Opened consumables, customized chassis, and printed archives marked as used are not returnable. Defective units are repaired or replaced under warranty.

Email [email protected] with your order ID to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method after inspection.
